Please use the following link to the template for your club's "Logbook" page:  logbooktemplate.doc . 

This is a WORD document with text boxes.  Please feel free to copy and save this page to help you create your own unique YCM Logbook page for your club.

Right click on any section to change it.  For example, right click on the picture to cut it so that you can insert your own club's picture.  In the same manner, right click on the officers section to add the names of your own officers.
